It *looks* like an Intel tie-in with the movie. I've not seen a full image of the Kelvin yet.

OK I'm scrolling through the stills and I get to the protestors ("Now look what U done you JERKS") and I'm thinking, wow, they're protesting the movie already?! Those guys are dedicated to canon!

Oh it's a Prop 8 protest.

I'm sure they'll be back to picket the movie. I can already tell the nacelle designs on 1701 will be objectionable.
